By accessing or using the Pawfect Match platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO USE THIS SERVICE. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Pawfect Match is a pet social networking and matching platform that allows registered users to create profiles for themselves and their pets, discover and connect with other pet owners, engage in real-time messaging, participate in community events, and access premium features through paid subscriptions and virtual currency.
3.1 Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Age Requirement: By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Pawfect Match reserves the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
5.1 Bones Virtual Currency: Pawfect Match offers a virtual currency called "Bones" that can be used within the Service. Bones have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bones are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5.2 Muffin Club Subscriptions: Pawfect Match offers premium subscription tiers with enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
5.3 Purchases: All purchases of Bones or subscription plans are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at Pawfect Match's sole discretion.
6.1 User Content: You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Pawfect Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.
6.2 Content Removal: Pawfect Match reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PAWFECT MATCH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWFECT MATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
Pawfect Match reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
