4.1 With Other Users: Your profile and pet profiles are visible to other registered users as part of core matching features.

4.2 With Service Providers: We share information with trusted third parties including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email).

4.3 Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or user safety.

4.4 No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@pawfectmatch.us. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, row-level database security, and secure authentication. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover we have done so, we will delete that information promptly.

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request to support@pawfectmatch.us and we will respond within 60 days.
