End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Pawfect Match Inc. ("Company") governing your use of the Pawfect Match application. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

Pawfect Match grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Application on your personal device(s)
• Use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features commensurate with your subscription tier

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks
• Use the Application for commercial purposes without written consent
• Transfer your license or account to any other person
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Application
• Circumvent any technical protection measures

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Pawfect Match Inc. and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Pawfect Match name, logo, and related marks may not be used without prior written permission.

5. User Content License

By submitting content to the Application, you grant Pawfect Match Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you own or have the rights to grant this license.

6. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

Virtual currency (Bones) and premium subscriptions (Muffin Club) are subject to the Terms of Service. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for real currency. All sales are final.

7. Updates and Modifications

Pawfect Match Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Pawfect Match Inc. may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PAWFECT MATCH INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWFECT MATCH INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
